The Madrid-based hardcore band Lust commissioned me to create this illustration, rich in symbolism and references to both their past and present within the city's underground scene. The artwork is filled with elements that reflect the members’ musical roots —vultures, crows, a cherub, and Japanese masks, all nods to their previous bands— as well as their current identity, where succubi embody the lust that gives the band its name, and the scythe stands as their emblem. Alongside these biographical references, the piece also features allusions to figures like Hecate, Lilith, and, more broadly, to all the witches who, throughout history, resisted from the forests and at the crossroads. A tribute to the dark, the marginal, and the untamed.
